Technology is everywhere and will play a pivotal part in students' lives, therefore, we want to model and educate our pupils on how to use technology positively, responsibly and safely. At Manorfield we want pupils to be MASTERS of technology and not slaves to it. We aim to enable children to be creators, not consumers, and our broad curriculum encompassing computer science, information technology and digital literacy reflects this.

At our school, we recognise the paramount importance of computing in today's digital age. Under the guidance of Mr P, our dedicated computing curriculum is designed to equip students with essential skills that are crucial for success in both academic and real-world contexts. Mr P firmly believes that a strong foundation in computing not only enhances problem-solving abilities but also fosters creativity and innovation amongst pupils.

Our curriculum encompasses a broad range of topics, including coding, digital literacy, and online safety, ensuring that students are well-prepared to navigate the complexities of technology. By prioritising computing education, we aim to cultivate informed, skilled individuals who can thrive in an increasingly digital society.
